Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of the Lux Modding Tools website, membership and software. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

Who we are
Lux Modding Tools ("LMT", "we", "us") develops and distributes software tools for BeamNG.drive creators. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BeamNG GmbH.

Accounts
Accounts are created through Discord sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your Discord account secure and for all activity that happens under your LMT account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent licensing.

Membership and billing
Membership is a recurring subscription of A$10 per month, billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period. After that, you keep the tool versions you already have, without further updates. Prices may change with notice given ahead of your next renewal.

Your license
While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our tools, and to receive updates and newly released tools, for creating BeamNG.drive content, including content you monetise.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key or the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software except where the law allows it;
- use the software to build a competing tool or to bypass licence checks.
If your membership ends, you may keep using the tool versions you already have. Further updates and newly released tools require an active membership. Mods and terrain you have already created remain yours.

Your content
You own everything you create with our tools. We claim no rights over your meshes, terrain, presets or published mods.

Updates and availability
We ship updates continuously and may add, change or retire individual tools. We aim to keep the site, dashboard and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may take things offline for maintenance.

Community conduct
Our Discord is part of the service. Harassment, piracy, and sharing of licence keys or cracked builds are grounds for removal from the community and termination of your membership without refund.

Liability
The tools are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost work, corrupted files, or indirect losses arising from use of the software. Always keep backups of your projects. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in Discord and reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
